A card must be attached to your file when making an appointment. No deposit required but cancellation and no show fees apply.
Please notify LLA within 24 hours for ANY cancellations/rescheduling purposes. Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their booked appointment.
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without a warning will be charged 100% of their booked appointment.
Space is limited and although we love your little ones (and your s/o), and we understand that sometimes child care can be difficult. It is important to remember that other clients come here for pampering as well.. If you are needing to reschedule due to child care conflicts, please contact the salon by text or call at 267-291-4467.
Please be mindful of these hours, as we will not be answering outside of business hours. Please feel free to leave a voicemail, email, or text message! We will answer these as soon as we are back in the shop!
All clients have a 9 minute grace period. After 10 minutes of lateness it will result in a $10 late fee charge.
Upon arrival please try to arrive on time, 15 minutes early is strongly encouraged. Arriving 15 minutes late will cancel your appointment and you will need to reschedule.
